The device has a hollow parallelopipedic armature (1) provided with reinforcements. A bottom part of the armature is lined with a rigid and permeable material. Inner sides of the armature are perforated with a castellated material fixed between supports (7) and wood sections (3) for permitting hanging of a masonry. The armature is designed with the materials to prevent stagnation and flowing of water vapor through walls of the armature and/or to prevent penetration of sound or air.
