The device has ailerons placed within air flow deviated by a thrust reverser of a propeller of a nacelle (1) of an aircraft, when the thrust reverser is in an active position. The ailerons include geometry to modify the orientation of the local air flow. The ailerons are arranged on an inner face of a gate circuit of the thrust reverser to interfere with the air flow when the air flow is deviated by the gate circuit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a thrust reverser comprising a gate circuit (2) a nacelle for a propeller of an aircraft (3) an aircraft propulsion unit comprising a motorization unit arranged within a nacelle (4) a kit for modifying a nacelle of an aircraft.
