摘要
The aim of the invention is to provide an instrumentation making it possible to measure the forces passing through mechanical junctions between two mechanical structures in order to better evaluate the dimensions and masses without impairing their mechanical properties of a secure charge transfer. To this end, the invention proposes to introduce into the transit zones of the forces an instrumented piece of shape favoring the measurement of shear and its implantation. In one embodiment, a force transit zone is constituted by an instrumentalised hollow shaft which is in a cylindrical shape (1) adapted to be introduced into collinear openings (30) of the frames (20, 25, 26). ). It comprises a longitudinal housing (10) into which is inserted an insert (2) composed of a central support (21) in close contact with the inner wall (1i) of the shaft (1) and connected on each side with a flyweight (31, 32) also in close contact, via multiple tabs (41 to 44) out of contact with said inner wall (1i). High temperature gauges (51, 53, 55, 57) are welded to the tongues (41 to 44) to measure a change in electrical resistance corresponding to the bending deformation of the tongues (41 to 44).
