The device (1) has a sensor measuring rotation direction of a concrete mixer (2), where the device is wireless. The sensor comprises an accelerometer and a radio frequency transceiver used for transmitting data relative to rotation of the concrete mixer to an information processing unit. A storing unit records measurements measured by the sensor. A ceramic antenna is used for transmission and reception of radiofrequency signals. An electronic card is provided with a microprocessor connected with the storing unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a measuring system comprising a receiving unit for receiving radiofrequency signals (2) a concrete transit mix vehicle comprising a driver's cab.
