The accessory (5) has a slot (7) arranged in a blank (6) of a semi-rigid material so as to arrange a fixing portion i.e. rear portion (8), fixing the accessory to ear and a protection portion i.e. front portion (9), protecting a canal of the ear and deviating a stream of fluid flowing in direction of ear. The rear portion slides behind a helix portion of ear. Length and width of the slow are determined, so that the fixing and protection portions are located respectively at rear side and front side of ear. A fixing tab connects the fixing and protection portions.
