The device has a set of stages comprising turbine rings that are fixed at an internal wall of a casing (30) by fixing units i.e. hooks (31, 32), where the stages are integrated to the wall of the casing. An impingement cooling unit i.e. downstream tube (140), cools a zone of the wall corresponding to one of the fixing units. A convection cooling unit cools a zone of the wall corresponding to other fixing unit, where the convection cooling unit constitutes an air guidance unit i.e. annular sheet (141), radial partition (142), air flow disturber (143) and passages (145).
