The device (D) has a control unit (UC) arranged to analyze current value of a main voltage (Vp), which is supplied by a voltage supply source e.g. battery (BA). The control unit delivers a controlled voltage (Vc) with a null value or a value varying alternately between a minimum value and a maximum value that is less than or equal to the current value of the main voltage, or a value equal to the current value of the main voltage depending on the current value of the main voltage and/or instructions to a destination of electrical elements (OP1-OP3, OS1-OS2).
