The fork has a support surface horizontally extending in an assembled state and supporting a long and rigid part (5) e.g. longeron, cross member or beam. Anti-overflow and detachment lateral maintaining elements maintain the part. An assembly space assembles a column (10) of a barrier e.g. guard rail (11), at support height to assure void front protection. The assembly space is laterally formed with respect to the support surface. The space includes a round, full or tubular type hollow, rigid and elongated connection part perpendicularly extended with respect to the surface. An independent claim is also included for a safety shoring tower comprising a vertical structure.
