The device has self-gripping rubber coated pieces (2) having variable pre-cut thickness varied based on a fashion model. Adhesive glue is protected by a protective film so as to conserve adhesive property until utilization of the device in ball loaders. The pieces are adapted to different models of the ball loaders. The pieces are made of material such as foam type rubber or ethylene propylene diene monomer type rubber material. The pieces ensure covering of inner parts of the ball loaders.
