The device has a rod (40) for blocking a speed disengagement, engagement and selection lever, where the rod carries out the displacement of the lever guided in a guiding body (42) between blocking position and a rest position authorizing displacement of the lever. An atmospheric pressure channel is arranged in the guiding body and in the displacement direction of the rod. The pressure channel is parallel to a guiding notch opened in a guiding drum. An independent claim is also included for a gearbox of a vehicle comprising a frame.
