The device has a clip (1) arranged at the level of a fold (2), which permits realizing or fixing of a hanging bracket (3) on a label. The label is clipped to an end and another end (5) of a netbag containing products. A part of the label is folded and glued along length of the netbag, where the hanging bracket is formed by the clip and the fold.
