The element has a frame (11) provided with a fixation unit (11b) and latching tabs (12b, 13b) that fix the frame with a body panel (1). An interior face of membranes (8-10) i.e. flexible plastic film, is arranged opposite to a visible outer face. The membranes are deformed by pushed toward interior when the membranes are subjected to thrust on the outer face. An elastically deformable unit e.g. peripheral throat (7a), is situated at a side of the interior face of the membranes. The unit pushes the membranes toward exterior when the membranes are pushed toward the interior. The membrane is made of thermoplastic elastomer and fabric. The frame is made of acrylobutastyrene (ABS) plastic material. The elastically deformable unit is chosen from inflated cushion and springs.
