The arm (1) has an elongated structure that is made of rigid material and extended between a joint (7) and an anchoring point of a brush (2). A hollow concave part (9) of the elongated structure is opposite to the brush and located on a side of the joint. A U-shaped transversal section (8) of the elongated structure has width and height that are reduced from the joint toward the anchoring point. A cap fills the concave part of the elongated structure, and is less rigid than the elongated structure. The cap is made of deformable material.
