The device has a guide including a metal body (1) in a form of cut-threads cut into metal plates. The body is fixed on a trapezoidal shaped pole (3). Inner side of the pole receives the threads. An orifice (4) permits to position non-closed tips of the body for entering tying-up wires (7) in the pole. A guide base (5) is compatible with the body. The guide comprises a trapeze bar arranged close to the pole, where height of the body is 43 cm and width of the body is 24 cm.
