Cosmetic composition (A) comprises: (i) one or more reaction products (A) of (a) one or more oxirane or oxetane compounds comprising at least two oxirane or oxetane groups, and (b) one or more aminosilane compounds (I); and (ii) one or more specific anti-dandruff agents comprising e.g. (1) pyridinethione salts, (2) 1-hydroxy-2-pyrrolidone derivatives, (3) 2,2'-dithio-bis-(pyridine-N-oxide), (4) trihalo carbamide, (5) triclosan, (6) nitrogen compounds e.g. climbazole and miconazole, (7) selenium sulfides, and (8) extracts of one or more nonphotosynthetic non-fruiting filamentous bacteria. Cosmetic composition (A) comprises: (i) one or more reaction products (A) of (a) one or more oxirane or oxetane compounds comprising at least two oxirane or oxetane groups, and (b) one or more aminosilane compounds of formula (N(H)(R1)R2Si(OR3) 3-a-b-c(OR4) a(R5Si(OR6) d(R7) e) bR8 c) (I); and (ii) one or more specific anti-dandruff agents comprising (1) pyridinethione salts, (2) 1-hydroxy-2-pyrrolidone derivatives, (3) 2,2'-dithio-bis-(pyridine-N-oxide), (4) trihalo carbamide, (5) triclosan, (6) nitrogen compounds such as climbazole, ketoconazole, clotrinazole, econazole, isoconazole and miconazole, (7) selenium sulfides, and (8) extracts of one or more nonphotosynthetic non-fruiting filamentous bacteria. R1 : H or 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon radical; R2 : 1-60C divalent hydrocarbon radical; R4 : 3-200C hydrocarbon group; R5 : group comprising oxygen or 1-60C divalent hydrocarbon radical; R3, R6, R7, R8 : 1-200C monovalent hydrocarbon group; b, c : 0-3; a : 0 to less than 3, provided that when a+b+c is = 3 then b and c are 0-3; and d, e : 0-3, where d+e is 3. An independent claim is included for non-therapeutic cosmetic treatment of keratin materials, preferably human keratin fibers such as hair comprising applying the composition on the materials.
