The installation (1) has a heating module with a hydraulic radiator (14) crossed by air flow (16) distinct from another air flow (10). The former and latter air flows are separated by a wall (19). An electric radiator (13) and the hydraulic radiator are extended in a same plane. The electric radiator and the hydraulic radiator form the heating module in a unitary manner. A shutter (21) is provided in a position where the former air flow mixes with the latter air flow. The shutter controls access of the former air flow to an exit foot (20). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a heating system for an electric vehicle, comprising a ventilation and heating installation (2) a method for controlling the heating system.
