The device (1) has a frame forming a hull (7) to be arranged on a roof of a medical cell of a medical vehicle. An aspiration grid (12) and an electric resistor are provided for air intake of the cell for conditioning air. A pump (21) and tubes introduce air into the cell, and an air heating unit e.g. boiler (6), heats air before introduction of the air into the cell. A cooling coil (3) is provided on a single path between air intakes e.g. mouth and shutter, and a pumping chamber (4). The pump is provided in the pumping chamber.
