The structure has an assembling device for fixing an earphone (1) with a headwear for a head of a person. The device has a flat annular locking element (2) that is provided with a circular central opening (21) for assembling anchored parts (1231) of curved hook flanges (123) of a flat base frame shell (11) in the earphone. The element has hooks (22) that are projected from a rear wall of the frame shell and are spaced in an equiangular manner around the opening. The device has another flat annular locking element (3) provided with hook orifices (32) that allow gripping of the hooks.
