The device has two sets of standard textile elements forming an assembly of pales, where the first set of the elements acts as a body of the assembly, and the other set of the element acts as ends of the assembly. The former set of elements is realized by assembling lower and upper textile parts (1, 4). The upper part is longer than nearly half of length of the lower part. Two notches are provided on two sides of width of the upper part. A slot (5) is provided in the width of the upper part. The elements are interchangeable between each other.
