The device has a submerged housing (1) including a pH probe (4), an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) probe (5), a conductivity probe (6), a temperature sensor (7), a water level sensor (8), an electronic analysis card (11), a radio transmitter (12) with an antenna (9), and a power supply battery (14). The water level sensor comprises an electrical conductor electrically isolated from the water, where the sensor measures immersion depth of the submerged housing. The analysis card determines the level of immersion by analyzing the variation of the capacitive value of the sensor.
