The turbomachine has a fluid deflection unit rotated around a rotation axis extending along direction, where the deflection unit comprises a tangential flow deflector (1) delimited by a deflection lateral surface surrounding the rotation axis. The deflection lateral surface is formed of surface elements (6-9) separated with respect each other by an ejection hole (5). The surface elements are inscribed in a cone section or in a pyramid section defined from a support structure. The elements are fixed on the structure.
