The system has a locking lever (10) whose stop unit is fitted in a recess of a parking wheel that is rotatably connected to output of a transmission (1) to block the output. The locking lever is operated by a range of movement of a gear (4) that moves a sleeve of shaft of a free pinion to engage a reverse gear (R) of the transmission. A drive connector (30) of the locking lever is activated or deactivated by an electromagnetic actuator by the movement of the gear. The actuator comprises an electromagnet that is assembled on a rocking lever.
