A method is dedicated to synchronizing master (HM) and slave (HE) clocks of a packet-switched network having at least two pieces of equipment (E1, E2) connected to each other via an aggregated link consisting of at least two links (L1-L3), and located between the master clock (HM) and slave (HE) to enable them to transmit synchronization packets according to a time stamping protocol. This method comprises the following steps: (a) obtaining a distribution of the synchronization packets in at least a subset of the links (L1-L3) carrying these synchronization packets, and (b) transmitting to the slave clock (HE ) first information representative of this distribution, second information representative of temporal markings associated with the synchronization packets, and third information representative of packet transmission time on the links (L1-L3), in order to synchronize the slave clock ( HE) on the master clock (HM) according to at least these first, second and third transmitted information.
