The device has a bearing wheel support (6) and a hub or a wheel axle (17) equipped with a screw-locking device (13). The wheel support is connected to a framework (1) by triangle suspension arms (2, 5) of a cantilever. A transmission resource (12) allows angular variation of a brake support (14) compared to the wheel support. Angular variation of a hub carrier is neutralized by rotation of a tire by a valve (15) during braking. The suspension arm of the cantilever oscillates around an axis of a rod.
