The block has a power source supplying electric current to a light source (24) capable of emitting a light beam. An electric switch (26) passes current to the light source in a closed position, and prevents supply of current to the light source in an open position. A charging unit (50) routes an electrical charging current from a load unit external to an electrical box (18) and a supercapacitor so as to ensure the storage of the electrical charging current for use in the form of the electric current supply. The components of the block are made of magnetic materials. An independent claim is also included for a system having a light assembly block, comprising a receiving wall.
