The device has a flat connecting piece (30) including a portion intended to be placed on an outer face of a prefabricated construction module (M1) and having an oblong slot (31) to be traversed by a bolt (62). The connecting piece includes another portion intended to be placed on an outer face of another prefabricated construction module (M2) and having another oblong slot (32) to be traversed by another bolt, where the slots of the connecting piece are not parallel to each other. The former portion forms an angle between 5 and 180 degrees with the latter portion.
