The extractor comprises a frame, a carriage (2), an arm (3) constituted by a rectangular body with a chain having a cutting blade, a control board (4), units to be fitted in a door of a winemaking tub, an electrical board, gear motors, a compartment for housing the motors, and a control panel. The frame is made of a rolled rectangular sheet metal structure resting on four legs located at ends, and is equipped with a roller (6) and a lifting mechanical unit (7) to enhance a height adjustment. The rectangular structure is composed of different lateral parts. The extractor comprises a frame, a carriage (2), an arm (3) constituted by a rectangular body with a chain having a cutting blade, a control board (4), units to be fitted in a door of a winemaking tub, an electrical board, gear motors, a compartment for housing the motors, and a control panel. The frame is made of a rolled rectangular sheet metal structure resting on four legs located at ends, and is equipped with a roller (6) and a lifting mechanical unit (7) to enhance a height adjustment. The rectangular structure is composed of different lateral parts that are easily removed to facilitate maintenance operations, and has an adapter in the front part equipped on assembly components to be fitted in the door of the winemaking tub. The rectangular structure has an internal space to accommodate the carriage and the arm. The gear motor ensures the displacement of the carriage and the arm by chains placed on a top of the rectangular structure, and ensures the movement of bucket chains of the carriage and a chain for tearing out of the films with leaf chain of the arm. The gear motor is located at the free end of the carriage for allowing a posterior rotation of the arms disposed inside the winemaking tub. The carriage is composed of a U-shaped rolled sheet structure equipped with a cover flap in its lower part to facilitate the unloading of films. The carriage is provided with bucket chain for evacuating the films torn off by the leaf chain placed on the arm. The control panel has a control key to enable operations of the extractor equipped with parameters such as rotational movement of arm, movement of chains and movement of carriage. The control key is equipped with control parameters of a conveyor belt of the film.
