The scooter (1) has an assembling part (9) mounted in pivot connection with respect to a round rear end (2b) of a longitudinal support plate (2) along a vertical axis (X3). A rear wheel (8) i.e. idle wheel, is mounted in pivot connection with respect to the part along an axis (X4) perpendicular to the vertical axis. A complementary plate (10) is arranged in an extension of the end. A circular brake block (11) is arranged under the complementary plate. The complementary plate is configured on the part for being actuated in a brake position along which the block is in contact with the wheel.
