The rotor has a disk with a rim and axial slots machined on the rim for individual housing of paddles. A ring (43) is arranged on a face of the rim. An annular wedge (50) is arranged and interposed between the disk and the ring. The wedge forms an axial support surface against which the paddles placed in the slots are supported. The ring is pierced with discharge holes (44). A part of the holes is located in the axial prolongation of the slots. The wedge forms removable closing units of the holes, and is placed in an annular groove machined in the ring. An independent claim is also included for a turbojet engine including a front blower.
