The method involves storing a data, by an internal application (APINT), in an internal volatile memory (IMINT) of a microcircuit card (110), and sending, by the microcircuit card, a refresh command of an external image to a mobile phone (100). A read command of a portion of a data structure (NTB) is received, where the command is transmitted by a module of the mobile phone to update the external image. Some of the content of the volatile memory is transferred to the module in response to the read command, where the content includes the data. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a microcircuit card comprising an internal application (2) a computer program for communicating data between an internal application of a microcircuit card and an external application in a mobile phone (3) a computer-readable recording medium storing instructions for communicating data between an internal application of a microcircuit card and an external application in a mobile phone.
