The container has side walls (11-14) and retractable handles (2) that are associated with bottom (10) and arranged in raised or retracted position. Protective housings (3) receive the handles in retracted position. The housings are arranged inside/outside of the container and against the side walls. Each housing is projected from one of the side walls, and comprises a plate extend parallel to the side wall and arranged remotely from the wall. An opening is opened into upper part, of the container, opposite to the bottom according to a plane parallel to the bottom.
