The method involves providing a polygonal cutting (E1) with two peaks (S1, S2) that are delineated each other by longitudinal edges of two fabric panels (3, 4, 5). A custom fabric panel (2) is assembled by stitching of the fabric panels that define the cutting of a semi finished cover (1). A longitudinal edge of one of the fabric panels is located parallel to free joining lines (r1, r2), and is extended beyond a top seam over a free junction line, where length (l) of the free joining line is equal to that of the free junction line.
