Drying gaseous flow comprising e.g. hydrogen saturated or supersaturated with water, comprises introducing flow in radial adsorber comprising single bed made of water-resistance adsorbent material, and recovering the dried gaseous flow
The process comprises introducing a gaseous flow in a radial adsorber (10) comprising a single bed made of a water-resistance adsorbent material consisting of water-resistance silica gel, activated carbon, polymeric resins or mixture of adsorbents, and recovering the dried gaseous flow comprising 1000 ppm of water. A flow rate of the gaseous flow to be treated is 10000 m 3/h, and a pressure of the gaseous flow to be treated is 15 bar. The radial adsorber is regenerated from a part of the dried and recovered gaseous flow. The process comprises introducing a gaseous flow in a radial adsorber (10) comprising a single bed made of a water-resistance adsorbent material consisting of water-resistance silica gel, activated carbon, polymeric resins or mixture of adsorbents, and recovering the dried gaseous flow comprising 1000 ppm of water. A flow rate of the gaseous flow to be treated is 10000 m 3/h, and a pressure of the gaseous flow to be treated is 15 bar. The radial adsorber is regenerated from a part of the dried and recovered gaseous flow. The water-resistance silica gel consists of adsorbents including Sorbead WS and WS(RTM: Alumino-silica gel adsorbents), Sylobead SG W 127(RTM: Silica gel), and Sorbead AF125 and ISG-D(RTM: Alumino-silica gel adsorbents). The gaseous flow includes 1 mole% of water.
