Intermediate strips cover each edge of the panel, and are shaped to cooperate with each groove in an interlocking manner, where the strips are made of elastic material. The strips include U-shaped longitudinal rails (8) and L-shaped lateral rails (10) to respectively engage in the grooves of the side members and the sleepers.
