The device (D1) has a sequence of N' bits that is provided between a most significant bit and a least significant bit. A set of code bits having binary number is provided from a string extracted from the sequence of N' bits. Another set of code bits having another binary number characterizes the sequence of N' bits such that a set of codes are provided as binary numbers. The binary numbers are formed in the presence of minimal value that equals to zero by removing all bits having a zero value. An independent claim is also included for a decoding unit for a communicating body.
