The support plate (1) comprises a frame (2) for holding a tray (3) on its periphery. The tray comprises a honeycomb cellular core (4) made of metal or synthetic material (5, 6), where sides of the tray are covered by a metal or synthetic sheet. The frame has a thickness, which is equal to a thickness of the cellular core. The frame and the cellular core have a thickness of 12-18 mm. The sheet covering the sides of the tray partially extends above the frame, and has a thickness of 1.5-3.5 mm. An apparent surface of the covering sheet has micro asperities.
