Process for making up and/or caring of the skin and/or lips, comprises: contacting the surface for applying first composition with a second liquid cosmetic composition comprising at least 50 wt.% of at least one 2-5C hydrocarbon alcohol; and applying the surface for applying first composition previously contacted with the second composition on the skin and/or lips, where the first solid cosmetic composition contains at least 5 wt.% of a polyamide comprising (i) hydrocarbon polyamides (Ia), and (ii) silicone polyamides, comprising at least one siloxane unit (I). Process for making up and/or caring of the skin and/or lips, comprises: contacting the surface for applying first composition with a second liquid cosmetic composition comprising at least 50 wt.% of at least one 2-5C hydrocarbon alcohol; and applying the surface for applying first composition previously contacted with the second composition on the skin and/or lips, where the first solid cosmetic composition contains at least 5 wt.% of a polyamide comprising (i) hydrocarbon polyamides of formula (R1-O[-C(=O)-R2-C(=O)-NR4-R3-NR4-] n-C(=O)-R2-C(=O)-O-R1) (Ia), and (ii) silicone polyamides, comprising at least one siloxane unit of formula (-[-G1a-X-[SiO(R4)(R6)-] m-SiR5R7-X-G-] n-) (I). An independent claim is included for multi-compartment device or kit for make up and/or care of skin and/or lips comprising at least a first compartment containing the first solid cosmetic composition containing at least 5 wt.% of a polyamide; and at least one second compartment comprising at least one second cosmetic liquid composition comprising at least 50 wt.% of at least one 2-5C hydrocarbon alcohol.
