The system has a unique control device (4) for configuring an electric circuit (12) e.g. direct current (DC) bus, in energy producing mode and safety mode, where the electric circuit is formed of a set of photovoltaic panels (1). The control device is attached with the electric circuit to cut the available power from the electric circuit and to open another electric circuit (13) so as to control separation elements (5) to ensure that the potential of the former electric circuit is less than a fixed threshold corresponding to standard safety threshold. The separation elements are formed of electromagnetic relays or transistor for alternating current, insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) or transistor based static relays.
