The bumper (10) has an edge (11) to which a fixation lug (12) is connected by a thinned portion forming a hinge (13) for moving the lug between an initial release position and a final assembling position. The lug includes a locking member (15) in a zone located adjacent to the hinge. The locking member co-operates with a complementary locking member (16) integrated with the edge for locking the lug in the assembling position. The locking members are elastically supported on one another due to elastic restoring force exerted by the hinge.
