Sugar coated tablet made of a core coated with a hard coating layer, is claimed, where the core comprises a chocolate shell defining a chamber filled with a liquid or semi-liquid feed. An independent claim is included for manufacturing a sugar coated tablet made of a core coated with a hard coating comprising flowing the molten chocolate and the liquid feed in a mold at 30-35[deg] C and then cooling to obtain the core with the shell, and placing the core in a centrifuge unit and adding the chocolate for forming an uniform layer with the hard coating.
