The tweezers (10) have jaws (14) comprising pinching surfaces (16) respectively carried by free ends (12A) of two metal branches (12). The free end of each branch carries a flange (18) extending perpendicular to the pinching surface of the corresponding branch over a certain height such that the flange exceeds height of the free end of the other branch when the jaws are in closed position. The flange converges in a direction of a connecting end (12B) toward the free end of the corresponding branch at an angle of 25 degrees.
