The element (1c) has an even polished surface, and a resin layer (6) adhered to a thin fish skin layer, where thickness of the element ranges from 0.4 to 0.6 mm, and the element is in the form of a compound sandwich. The adhered resin layer is glued on a sharkskin integrated object. An interchanged set of fish scales (5) is separated by a membrane layer (4) and the resin layer. The fish scales are attached to the membrane layer and the resin layer to form a decorated face. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing a decorative element.
