The breaker (h) has a body made of insulating material, where the material is selected from a group comprising extruded polystyrene, expanded polystyrene, polyurethane, cork, cellular glass and expanded perlite. The body is arranged at an angle formed between an insulating floor and a wall for forming an insulating connection between an insulator of the floor and an insulator of the wall, without a thermal bridge. The body comprises two square branches forming a wedge. An independent claim is also included for an on-ground floor insulation system.
