The connector (100) has a connection block (102) with a cage housed in an envelope (104), where the envelope is made of electrically insulating material. The envelope includes a window (112) placed in opposite of an opening of the cage, and an orifice (110) allowing the passage and access to a fastening screw (106). The envelope includes a shell (114) provided with a wall (118) bored of the orifice, and side walls (120a-120d) extending from the wall around the cage over height of the cage. The envelope includes a drawer (116) for closing the shell.
