The belt (3) has two internal pockets (5) located opposite to a hollow lumbar for compensating a position of the hollow lumbar, where the pockets include compensating strips made of semi-elastic textile. A Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) (4) is provided on an internal face of the belt for adjusting the position of the belt according to the morphology of a user, where the pockets are positioned at equal distances from a central axis (7) of the belt. Each pocket includes an open end for receiving the compensating strips, where the open end is oriented toward center of the belt.
