The instrument has a main tube (1) with predetermined lengths (1a, 1b), where ends (4, 6) of the tube are opened. A mouthpiece (2) is laterally connected to one of the ends of the main tube at predetermined distance. The other end of the main tube is closed or opened at will. The tube has constant diameter throughout its length, where overall length of the tube is in a range of 140 and 160 cm. Distance between one of the ends of the main tube and the mouthpiece is between 10 and 20 cm.
