The device has a closed tube (1) provided with hollow spheres (2) that are immersed in fluid i.e. salted water, in vertical manner. The fluid is introduced through a set of openings in a portion of the closed tube, where the introduction of the fluid allows rotation of the all of the hollow spheres in the closed tube by action of buoyant force. Diameter of each hollow sphere is slightly smaller than diameter of the tube.
