The floor (1) has an upper face (1a) and a lower face (1b) that are integrated on an original floor (13) of a transport unit i.e. motor vehicle. A connection zone (2) is arranged on the upper face so as to receive seat fixing rails (10). A main reinforcing element (3) comprises an upper face (3a) and a lower face (3b) that are immersed in a polymer matrix (4). An auxiliary fibrous reinforcing element (5) is preimpregnated with a polymer resin. Two adhering units (11, 12) adhere the respective fixing rails along the connection zone, and comprise a methacrylate-based resin and a hardener. An independent claim is also included for a device for constructing an interior of a transport unit i.e. motor vehicle.
