The device has a driving part i.e. wheel (1) forming a carrier plate of transmission chains of a bicycle to provide mobility by rotation of a connecting rod (3). The rod is secured to a shaft (4) that is articulated in a bearing of the bicycle. A crank is secured to the shaft, where the shaft has an end (6) for receiving an axle (7). The crank drives the axle housed close to the shaft in order to drive the wheel by the axle.
