The system (2) has a drawer (3) and a foldable strip for holding a starter part (1) i.e. hands-free keycard, in dashboard of a vehicle. The starter part includes a set of tilting units tilting the starter part between an initial position (C) in which an engine is stopped, and an end position (D) in which the engine is activated under operation. A set of blocking units blocks the starter part in the end position. A set of releasing units releases the starter part from the end position, and allows the starter part to tilt toward the initial position.
